Getting Started
Trials
If you are interested in signing up for a free trial, please send an email to contact@jancy.io to request one.
Subscriptions
We require that all prospective customers utilize the free trial before purchasing a subscription. This ensures you are confident in your decision to choose our software. The trial offers unrestricted access to all of Jancy’s features, giving you the opportunity to determine if it matches your needs.
If you have completed the free trial and wish to proceed, please contact us at contact@jancy.io to sign up for the monthly subscription.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. To cancel your subscription, please ensure to contact us at contact@jancy.io prior to your next renewal date.

Minimum System Requirements
Operating System:
Windows 10 64-bit or MacOS (Supports both Intel Chipset & Apple Silicon)
Processor:
Intel: Quad-core 9th gen desktop core i3 or faster on a 64-bit processor AMD: Quad-core 2nd gen desktop Ryzen 3 or faster on a 64-bit processor Apple: M1 with 8 GPU cores
Memory:
8 gigabytes (GB) or greater
Storage:
250 megabytes (MB) or greater
Though machines with specifications lower than recommended may run Jancy, we cannot guarantee optimal stability or functionality. Please be aware that opening more tabs will require more RAM, and not all RAM is created equal. Consider this when selecting your machine to run Jancy on.
For enhanced experience, although not mandatory, a dedicated GPU on Windows or 10+ GPU cores on MacOS is recommended.
