Priority

Tab Priority

Tab priority is a numerical value assigned to a tab either manually or influenced by plugins, such as the Queue-It plugin, which assigns a priority based on queue position, or the Ticketmaster plugin, which assigns priority values on the checkout page based on the remaining time on the cart timer.

You can change the priority value range for the queue-it plug in in the queue-it settings page (File -> Settings -> Queue-it). Additional documenation on this can be found here

Priority Group

Priority groups are sets of tabs assigned to a numerical value. These values can be assigned manually or configured in the Ticketmaster settings to organize tabs based on their stage in the checkout flow.

Within these groups, if the stage is one where a priority number is assigned (such as the queue or checkout page), the tabs will be ordered by priority within their respective group.

If the group is in a stage that does not assign a priority (like the event or purchase page), the tabs will still be grouped but won’t follow a priority order, as none is assigned (the tabs will remain grey).

Priority group values for each stage of the Ticketmaster flow can be edited in the Ticketmaster settings page (File -> Settings -> Ticketmaster), additional documenation on this can be found here.
